How does Website Integration work?
Step 1: Create your Website Integration
In the Publish app, open the Website Integrations tab and create a new Website Integration by choosing a name and permalink. You can edit these settings later.
Step 2: Select the products you want to display
Choose the products you want architects and engineers to discover on your website.
Use search and filtering options to find products, manage them across brands, and enable Auto-sync if you want newly published products to be added automatically.
ℹ️ Auto-sync only includes products published after it has been enabled. For information about existing products, see the FAQ.
Step 3: Configure the experience
Customize how your Website Integration looks and how architects and engineers interact with your BIM content. Configure your branding, including your banner image, logo, colours, display settings, and end-user features to create the experience you want visitors to have.
Step 4: Review and preview before publishing
Review your Website Integration to make sure everything looks and behaves as expected.
Preview the experience on desktop and mobile, and check individual product pages and the 3D product viewer before adding your Website Integration to your website.
Step 5: Publish your Website Integration
Once you've finished configuring your Website Integration, you'll return to the Website Integrations list page, where you can access your URL and embed code.
Copy the URL or embed code and add it to your website. Architects and engineers can then discover, explore, and download your BIM content directly from your website.

Website Integration is designed to be a low-code solution. Configure your Website Integration in Publish and embed it on your website using the generated embed code. In most cases, the embed code can be added through your CMS, so little or no developer involvement is required. This allows you to bring BIMobject capabilities directly to your own website without building and maintaining your own BIM library solution.
Do visitors need to sign in to download BIM content?
Do visitors need to sign in to download BIM content?
Architects and engineers can browse and explore BIM content directly on your website. To download BIM content, they sign in with their BIMobject account or create one if they don't already have one. This enables manufacturers to receive download insights and engagement statistics. Visitors who are already signed in to BIMobject can download content without signing in again, creating a smoother experience.

You can review your product catalogue, individual product pages, and enabled features such as the search bar, Country filter, Family & Group filters, and 3D product viewer.
How does auto-sync work?

Auto-sync helps keep your Website Integration up to date automatically. Once enabled, any newly published products are automatically added to your Website Integration.
Auto-sync does not add products that were published before it was enabled. If you want to include existing products, simply select them in your Website Integration first, then enable Auto-sync for future products.

Website Integration lets you drive traffic to your own website while tracking downloads and engagement through your BIMobject insights and statistics. This helps you measure how architects and engineers interact with your BIM content and evaluate the impact of your marketing activities.
How does Website Integration handle different languages?
How does Website Integration handle different languages?
Website Integration supports multiple languages. By default, it detects the visitor's browser language and displays content in that language, where available. If your product pages are not translated into the visitor's preferred language, the default language is shown instead.

Yes, you can create multiple Website Integrations and manage each one independently. For example, you can use separate Website Integrations for different websites, brands, product groups, markets, or marketing campaigns.
